Riders on the Storm

We had a big ocean passage.
One week not seeing land, a rolling boat, seasickness (which also comes in headache and lethargy, for all of you who think dizzyness is not enough ๐Ÿ™‚ ), Dolphins and a big storm…like big big (our sail ripped while going 10 knots)

The internet here is really bad and limited so you have to be satisfied with many smaller pictures and a lot of less text ๐Ÿ˜‰

I really enjoy being on a sailboat, it is a little commune with its own microcosmos, children and everything you can imagine.
Selfmade bread and granola for the win!

Ok lets get some pictures shall we ๐Ÿ˜‰

    • seasickness fades away, really interesting was that its more being lethargic than actually sick

  1. How beautiful pictures- you and your adopted family -my love to all of family ! But seasickness and storm and ripped sail? I hope all of you are intact and the sail is reparaible.
Lisa is right: they say chew ginger is good for seasickness. But better: you shouldยดnt have storm, but a light breeze and sun and a big sense of well-being! Have fun moreover and take care! kiss!

    • yeah i chewed ginger…ginger tea helps more, because when you are seasick, chewing ginger is the last thing you wanna do, its to intense ๐Ÿ˜€ but i assume it will get better with practice ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. My Dear, please be careful and have a lot of respect. We as humans are only small creatures in a big powerful world. I hope you all time will see and read the signs, which show you danger… With love – JanS

    • dear papa, i am always careful. Especially when it comes to environments that we are not made for. Don’t be so worried, diving is always with a buddy and never alone.
